Labdhi Gardens is a real estate project located in Neral, Maharashtra, developed by Labdhi Lifestyle. The project offers spacious and luxurious apartments in a serene environment surrounded by nature. With a focus on providing a modern lifestyle, Labdhi Gardens is equipped with all the necessary amenities to cater to the needs of its residents. The project aims to offer a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury to its residents.

Challenge :

Labdhi Gardens’ previous lead generation campaigns resulted in a high percentage of junk leads, with 80% of the generated leads being fake or uninterested in purchasing the property. Team Abstract was tasked with creating a verified lead generation campaign that would deliver more than 60% qualified leads within a tight timeframe. The challenge was to develop a campaign that would filter out low-budget and uninterested leads while optimizing the cost per lead to deliver a significant increase in sales figures.

Strategy:

In order to address the challenge of generating qualified leads for the Labdhi Gardens – Neral project, Team Abstract devised a comprehensive strategy that involved targeting users at the pincode level who had expressed an interest in buying a home and were ready to pay the Expression of Interest (EOI) online.

To achieve this, we created a filtered and qualified form for our Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaign. The form was designed to weed out users with low budgets or who were not genuinely interested in buying the Labdhi Gardens – Neral project. This helped us to minimize the number of junk leads and increase the percentage of qualified leads.

Additionally, we identified potential buyers at the pincode level who were actively searching for properties in the Neral region and targeted them with personalized marketing messages through various channels. This approach helped us to reach the right audience and increase the chances of generating high-quality leads.

The campaign was launched across multiple digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

Results :

The lead generation campaign executed by Team Abstract for the Labdhi Gardens – Neral project proved to be highly successful in terms of lead quality and quantity. By targeting users at the pincode level and creating a qualified and filtered form, we were able to generate over 8000+ leads within 6 months, with more than 65% of them being qualified leads.

Our strategy of identifying users who were interested in buying a home and ready to pay EOI online proved to be highly effective, as we were able to optimize the cost per lead and generate a high ROI for the campaign.
