Brand Introduction:

Project Parivaramm is an Eco-modern real estate project located in Vavandhal-NH4-Panvel, Navi Mumbai. It offers spacious and affordable apartments with state-of-the-art amenities and a beautiful location.

Challenge :

The biggest challenge faced by Project Parivaramm was the location, which was relatively unknown among potential buyers. The project also had to compete with other established brands in the highly competitive real estate market. The challenge was to create awareness, generate leads, and increase sales, while also establishing trust and building a strong relationship with potential buyers.


We at Abstract Digital World, came up with the “Hum Saath Denge” campaign, which focused on the idea of partnering with buyers at every stage of their dream home journey. The campaign emphasised the project’s commitment to providing personalised and hassle-free services to help buyers navigate the buying process with ease.

We employed a comprehensive marketing strategy that included a mix of PR activities, influencer marketing, and digital marketing. The PR activities were aimed at creating location awareness and generating interest in the project among potential buyers. The influencer marketing involved partnering with Instagram influencers who had a large following in the real estate niche, and who could promote the project to their followers.

The digital marketing efforts included the creation of a dedicated landing page that showcased the project’s features and benefits, and a comprehensive CRM system to track and manage leads. The campaign was launched across multiple digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

The campaign emphasized four key guarantees: Happiness Guaranteed, Investment Growth Guaranteed, Quality Guaranteed, and Luxe Life Guaranteed. Each guarantee was showcased through a series of creative ads featuring catchy slogans, colorful visuals, and engaging storytelling.

The campaign was launched across multiple digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

Results :

The “Hum Saath Denge” campaign was a huge success, generating over 3000 verified leads within the first month of launch. The campaign also resulted in more than 300 walk-ins and a significant increase in conversion rates, with the sales team closing three times as many deals as before

The PR activities helped create location awareness and generated positive media coverage on portals such as Hindustan Times, ANI News, & many more. The influencer marketing helped to reach a wider audience and build credibility among potential buyers. The landing page and CRM system helped to manage and track leads efficiently, leading to improved lead quality and higher conversion rates.
